The proposals workplan (Pl interview) goes to SMMS to Metadata HTML which feeds the PI review. The Metdata HTML also accepts Update/Revisions from proposals, workplans, summaries, reports, Fact Sheets, Posters and Papers which are part of SMMS existing records. The PI review can be corrected with additions and clean-ups. After the review, it goes the metadate record then to MP. MP allows for error corrections. After MP, it goes into SOFIA which generates XML, HTML, FAQ SGML and text.
